At AQE, we are seeking Commercial VRF / VRV Service Technicians. This is a full-time opportunity for a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. An ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Position requires professionalism in appearance, verbal and written communication with project managers, service coordinators, customers, and teammates.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ yrs. of HVAC experience (Service, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance)
• Minimum of 3 years installing, commissioning, servicing, and repairing VRF / VRV systems.
• High School Diploma or GED. / Two-year technical degree in related field is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes is required.
• Knowledge of brand specific controls.
• Proficient in reading complex schematics and drawings.
• Performs as self-managed individual.
• Professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication capability.
• Customer service oriented & strong customer service skills
• Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.
• Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
• Professional image and demeanor
